Charity Shops
We now have two fabulous charity shops in
Cheltenham, one on Bath Road and our recent
addition on Winchcombe Street in the town centre.
They are a hub of pre-loved goods donated by local supporters of Linc which not only provide new treasures for shoppers but vital funds to support the work we deliver. From carefully curated clothing, household items, toys, books, and more, the Linc Charity Shops hold some unique items.
Every purchase made is another step toward us making a real difference in the lives of those who have been diagnosed with blood cancer and their families. Every item donated helps towards funding our clinical trials nurses, the Linc Charity Fund and our Linc Psychology Team.
Our doors are always open for new enthusiastic volunteers who can assist with the day-to-day operation of the Charity Shops. There are plenty of roles to take on, from front of house assisting with the tills, as well as behind the scenes. All our volunteers ensure that we are able to provide the best customer service and donations to raise viral money for the charity.
We will gratefully accept donations anytime during opening hours, we unfortunately are unable to accept electrical items or large furniture at this time. Please call and speak to the team if you are unsure about your donation.
As well as the usual items, we can also recycle foreign coins and currency, used printer ink cartridges, mobile phones, sat-navs, iPods and jewellery (including damaged items) which all support the well-being of others whilst driving our environmentally friendly ethos of recycling goods for greater sustainability.
Volunteer with us!
Our shops rely on the dedication and support of our wonderful volunteers to keep things running smoothly. From assisting customers to managing donations, our volunteers play a crucial role in ensuring we can continue to serve our community.

Corporate Support
“Having had the pleasure of getting to know Linc over the last couple of years we were honoured to make them one of our charity partners in 2024. I’ve been lucky enough to hear about the wonderful work Linc does from ward nurses and phycologist supporting the patients. Listening to them describe the care, it’s difficult not to be touched by the importance of Linc’s role in a diagnosis and the compassion and opportunities the charity provides the families it supports.
Linc recently opened another fantastic charity shop on Winchcombe Street so it felt like a perfect opportunity to organise a collection for them. Laura and Lou at Linc were very supportive of the prospect of this collection. They highlighted all the different ways our unwanted items could benefit the charity, whether that be with cash for the “rag bags” or sales in the shop. They also had the great idea of launching the collection on Gift Aid week. They taught us about the benefits of each signing up to Gift Aid and the additional support this would provide the charity. Lou and Laura kindly attended our office to sign us up. It was super easy and provided a buzz in the office, allowing colleagues to meet Linc representatives and connect with the people they are supporting. We had over 40 people register in total, which was amazing.
It was our aim to fill a meeting room and I am pleased to say my colleague’s exceeded expectations. At the end of the collection I checked the room and could hardly open the door it was so full. It took 5 large cars and four very sweaty people to get the 80+ bags to Linc’s Winchcombe Street shop, but it was completely worth it. Seeing all the bags piled up in the shop was amazing. HCR are really proud of the support our colleagues have shown Linc and hope it goes a long way to supporting the people the charity cares for.”
